As Founder, President, and CEO of PHASE 4 Learning Center, a 501 C-3 nonprofit, community-based organization, we are committed to at-risk individuals, addressing youth academic, social, and behavioral needs, while providing a high school education resulting in a diploma and process or plan for the future.
