The Spalla Merkaba
The Gift
The gift they will keep in sight.
Being seen
A gift says: I know what moves you. When the glass is lifted there is a small intake of breath, and then the question every one of them asks: what is it? That question is where the conversation, and the memory, begins.
A gift that stays out
Most gifts are used up or put away. This one stays out. It sits on a desk, a shelf, a windowsill, and every time they see it, they think of you.
It suits the person who is hard to shop for: the thinker, the dreamer, the one who has everything except this.
What is it? That question is where the conversation begins.

People come to the Spalla Merkaba for its beauty as a form; for its geometric precision, drawn from the Platonic solids; as an object that helps one raise consciousness; and as something to meditate on.
