2009 01 30 COMMEND "Brian Marquette" LETTER

Letter of Reference

• To Whom It May Concern,
• During the Spring 2008 semester I was enrolled at Daytona State College in the Digital Media program. While attending I had taken the class DIG2115 Digital Imaging Fundamentals II with Bart Christner. When I began in the class I already had previous experience. My job was the Network Administrator at the Advanced Technology College. I planned on learning from this course just like others in the program but I really had no idea that I would benefit from it the way I did. I learned an extraordinary amount of skills that are needed to be successful in the real world and learned from real hands on experiences. During the class I even had the honor of having several pieces of work published in the Daytona Beach News Journal. This was all made possible by way of MyTopiaCafe.com, an online community where we would post our projects. Looking back I see it as a privilege to have taken this class. I would recommend Bart Christner to anyone for this field. He did an incredible job instructing the class and properly training everyone for what’s needed in their futures.
