Theory

Body of principles, or explanation, that is proposed, either conjectural, or subject to experimentation. Also coherent groups of theorems, or tested general propositions, that are most commonly regarded as correct, and used to explain or predict a select type of phenomena.

Fact

A truth, information, data, or something that is determined to exist, in reality, known to exist, or to have happened. Actual or alleged events or circumstances, as distinguished from direct legal effect and/or it's consequence.

Conclusion

Terminating, final, settled points, offer decisions, arranged and determined by sound reasoning. Qualified opinion, reliable judgment, and conflict resolution lends the value from accurate and consistent results.
